If something isn’t working as expected, don’t worry — most issues can be fixed quickly with a few simple checks. This guide covers the most common problems across all Shuttle Hosting services and how to resolve them before contacting support.

1. I Can’t Access My Control Panel If your panel won’t load or shows an error:
Try the following:
  • Make sure you’re logged into your Shuttle Hosting account
  • Check that your service is Active under My Services
  • Try a different browser or device
  • Clear your browser cache
  • Disable VPNs or proxies temporarily
If the panel still won’t load, check our Status Page (if applicable) or open a support ticket.

2. My Website Is Down If your website isn’t loading:
Check these first:
  • Is your domain expired or not renewed?
  • Are your nameservers correct?
  • Did you recently change DNS? (Propagation can take up to 24 hours)
  • Is your SSL certificate active?
  • Did you upload your files to the correct folder (public_html)?
If you see a specific error (403, 404, 500), visit our Web Hosting category for detailed fixes.

3. My Game Server Won’t Start If your game server fails to boot or crashes:
Try these steps:
  • Restart the server from the panel
  • Check the Console for error messages
  • Remove recently added mods or plugins
  • Make sure your server version matches your game client
  • Ensure your allocated RAM/CPU isn’t maxed out
If the server still won’t start, create a backup and contact support.

4. My VPS Is Not Responding If your VPS is offline or unreachable:
Try the following:
  • Restart the VPS from your panel
  • Check your firewall rules (UFW, CSF, etc.)
  • Ensure SSH is enabled and the correct port is open
  • Verify your IP hasn’t been blocked by your own firewall
  • Check resource usage (CPU/RAM/disk)
If you cannot regain access, restore a backup or open a ticket.

5. My Domain Isn’t Connecting If your domain isn’t pointing to your hosting:
Check these items:
  • Nameservers are set correctly
  • DNS records (A, CNAME, MX, TXT) are correct
  • DNS changes have had time to propagate
  • Domain is active and not expired
If DNS looks correct but still doesn’t work, try flushing your local DNS cache.

6. Email Isn’t Sending or Receiving Email issues are usually DNS‑related.
Check the following:
  • MX records are correct
  • SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are properly configured
  • Your mailbox isn’t full
  • Your password is correct
  • Your email client settings match the ones in your panel
If emails go to spam, review your SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup.

7. My Service Shows “Suspended” If your service is suspended:
Possible reasons:
  • Overdue invoice
  • Resource overuse (rare)
  • Abuse or security issue (very rare)
Check your billing section first. If everything looks correct, contact support.
