Your domain is the front door to your website or online project. Shuttle Hosting makes it easy to register new domains, manage DNS settings, update nameservers, and connect your domain to any of your hosting services.
This guide walks you through the essentials of managing your domain from your account dashboard.

Accessing Your Domain Management Panel Once your domain is registered or transferred, you can manage it from your dashboard.
To access your domain settings:
  1. Log in to your Shuttle Hosting account.
  2. Go to My Domains.
  3. Select the domain you want to manage.
  4. You’ll see options for DNS, nameservers, renewal settings, and more.

Updating Nameservers If you want your domain to point to your Shuttle Hosting services, you may need to update your nameservers.
To update nameservers:
  1. Open your domain settings.
  2. Click Nameservers.
  3. Enter the nameservers provided in your welcome email.
  4. Save your changes.
Note: DNS changes may take up to 24 hours to fully propagate.

Managing DNS Records DNS records control how your domain behaves — including website hosting, email routing, and subdomains.
To manage DNS:
  1. Open your domain settings.
  2. Click DNS Management.
  3. Add, edit, or remove records such as:
    • A Records (point your domain to an IP)
    • CNAME Records (aliases like www)
    • MX Records (email routing)
    • TXT Records (SPF, DKIM, verification)
If you’re unsure which records you need, check the documentation for your hosting service or contact support.

Connecting Your Domain to Web Hosting If your domain is registered with Shuttle Hosting, connecting it to your web hosting is automatic.
If your domain is external:
  1. Update your nameservers to the ones provided by Shuttle Hosting
  2. Wait for DNS propagation
  3. Add the domain to your hosting panel under Domains or Addon Domains
Your website will go live once DNS finishes updating.

Renewing Your Domain Domains must be renewed annually to stay active.
To renew your domain:
  1. Go to My Domains
  2. Select your domain
  3. Click Renew
  4. Complete the payment
You can also enable Auto‑Renew to avoid losing your domain.

Transferring a Domain to Shuttle Hosting If you want to move your domain to us:
  1. Unlock the domain at your current registrar
  2. Obtain the EPP/Auth code
  3. Start a transfer from your Shuttle Hosting dashboard
  4. Enter the EPP code when prompted
Transfers typically complete within 5–7 days.
