Your game server is powered by Shuttle Hosting’s high‑performance infrastructure and managed through our custom game control panel. This guide will help you access your server, upload files, manage settings, and keep your community online.

Accessing Your Game Panel Once your game server is active, you can access your panel at any time.
To open your game panel:
  1. Log in to your Shuttle Hosting account.
  2. Go to My Services.
  3. Select your Game Hosting service.
  4. Click Open Game Panel.
Your dashboard will load with tools for managing files, players, backups, and server settings.

Starting, Stopping, and Restarting Your Server You can control your server from the main panel screen.
Basic controls include:
  • Start — Boots up your server
  • Stop — Safely shuts it down
  • Restart — Reboots your server to apply changes
If your server becomes unresponsive, a restart usually resolves the issue.

Uploading Files & Mods You can upload files directly through the panel.
To upload files:
  1. Open File Manager
  2. Navigate to the folder you want to modify
  3. Click Upload
  4. Drag and drop your files or select them manually
For larger uploads, you can use the SFTP details provided in your service email.

Editing Configuration Files Most games include configuration files for adjusting gameplay, performance, and server rules.
To edit configs:
  1. Open File Manager
  2. Locate the config file (e.g., server.cfg, settings.json)
  3. Click Edit
  4. Save your changes
  5. Restart your server to apply updates
If you're unsure which file controls what, check the Game Settings section of your panel.

Managing Backups Shuttle Hosting provides built‑in backup tools to protect your data.
To create or restore backups:
  1. Open Backups in your game panel
  2. Click Create Backup to save your current server state
  3. To restore, select a backup and click Restore
We recommend creating backups before installing mods or making major changes.

Console Access The console allows you to run commands directly on your server.
Use the console to:
  • Monitor server activity
  • Run admin commands
  • Check for errors
  • Manage players
You’ll find the console on your server’s main dashboard.

Performance Tips To keep your server running smoothly:
  • Avoid installing too many plugins or mods
  • Restart your server regularly
  • Keep your game version updated
  • Monitor CPU and RAM usage in the panel
If you notice lag or crashes, visit our Troubleshooting & Support section.
