Managing your billing is simple with Shuttle Hosting. Whether you're paying for web hosting, game servers, VPS, or domains, this guide explains how invoices work, how to make payments, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Viewing Your Invoices You can view all past and upcoming invoices from your account dashboard.
To view invoices:
- Log in to your Shuttle Hosting account
- Click Billing in the sidebar
- Select My Invoices
- Click any invoice to view details, download it, or pay it
Making a Payment If you have an unpaid invoice, you can pay it instantly.
To pay an invoice:
- Open Billing → My Invoices
- Select the unpaid invoice
- Choose your payment method
- Complete checkout
Automatic Payments Some services support automatic billing.
Auto‑pay benefits:
- No missed payments
- No service interruptions
- Renewals happen automatically
Renewing Your Services Most services renew automatically unless you disable auto‑renew.
To manually renew a service:
- Go to My Services
- Select the service
- Click Renew
- Complete payment
Failed or Overdue Payments If a payment fails or an invoice becomes overdue:
Common reasons include:
- Expired card
- Insufficient funds
- Incorrect billing address
- Bank declined the transaction
- Update your payment method
- Try paying again
- Contact your bank if the charge is blocked
Refunds Refunds may be available depending on the service and situation.
To request a refund:
- Open a support ticket
- Include your invoice number and reason
Updating Your Payment Method To update your card or payment details:
- Go to Billing → Payment Methods
- Add or edit your payment method
- Save your changes
Promotions & Discounts If you have a promo code:
- Apply it during checkout
- The discount will appear before payment
- Some codes only apply to new orders or specific services
